1080p if fine unless your looking at details in the background, plus you can spend less on a gpu and your gpu will last longer.

In 2024 I sold my 580 for 100€ and bought the 5700xt for 140€.. So, totally worth it.

I just upgraded my old 2009 monitor from 1080p to 1440p, (23">27") And it's been great.. But my TV is 2007, 1080i watching TV, and 720p while gaming. Honestly isn't so bad on a 32" screen. But getting a new one tomorrow. It's only 60Hz and 4k UHD. But it will feel like a massive upgrade no doubt. And (32">43")

I guess this is the original GTX 1660 ie GDDR5 . Few month later they released the GDDR6 version and that was about 20% faster ie the super and the Ti.

I switched to AMD 7900GRE from Non super 4070 and the image quality is much better on AMD

The 5500 is $99 with a heatsink and fan where the 12400f is $135 without a HS+fan. It's probably worth paying a little more and the 13th and 14th gen chips have serious problems with gaming unless you undervolt the chip in bios. For budget pc's I'd still go r5 5500 as they seem very stable and still play any game very smoothly.

got rx 580 2084sp for my mini itx build. that thing is insane for low 1080

this is actually pretty impressive. within 20 seconds of observing this video I noticed 2 things. the higher the boost clock is the less cpu utilization is required for applications. keep in mind said utilization varies from application to application. The only downside to 5ghz is more power draw & less efficiency. But who cares about saving power now a days anyway lol. The second thing I noticed - better average & minimum fps aswell as max fps. all in all I think it’s worth it if you have good cooling. I have to figure out how to get a static 5ghz on my 7800x3d. I know this video is old so I’m not going to get on your case about not implementing 1% lows & frame time numbers. but try to include those since those are also important. Other then that nice video

There is a point to decide which is better, but I believe that especially in games with good lighting, shadows and vegetation, 720p is infinitely better, of course some games don't need this

поставьте видеокарту АМД к 3600 с тем же объёмом и будет правильное сравнение !!! у меня на 3600 плюс видяха rx6600 выдаёт тот же фпс FAR CRY как у вас на 1080р на 5фпс может ниже иногда,но она 8гб. настройки и т.д Всё ультра. Ставьте под Проц видяху того же производителя и объёма и в Натив сравните !!! соберите вместе Икея и славянский шкаф !

Most games rely more on the gpu unless its mumti player where multicore is really needed not to bottleneck gpu if u increase resolution scaling than the gpu wil be utilized 100% all the time
